"After 25 years in business, our roof was overdue to be re-shingled. During our selling season of 2011 we had at least 10 different roofing companies drop in to give us a quote on re-shingling our roof, and Mike the roofer was one of them.
Looking at the different quotes that came in, Mike was the only one who took the time to sit down with me and explain all the products and there qualities. From the quoting stage to the final piece of shingle and nail that he cleaned up, Mike was very professional and always courteous. For the quality in product and workmanship, Mike gave us a price that we found very fair in comparison with the other companies. We did however feel that we got a more superior product and were very happy with the workmanship. Mike went above and beyond on the little extra's that are so easily forgotten or not noticed but are important.

"It was a great experience from the first phone call to the end of the install. Amber and Mike have a great approach and business acumen that left me feeling secure in my decision to entrust my roof to their care. Both were patient with me as I asked many questions, putting my mind at ease. They were on time and in direct communication with any changes. The crew was on time and professional. The best part of the install was seeing how Mike interacted with his crew! It's a joy to hear and see the team enjoying their time together all while doing a fabulous job. Speaks volumes about his leadership. We got a tonne of rain merely hours after the install and all is good. The roof is sound and my property was left in perfect condition. After researching for roofers in the K-W area, we received several quotes to replace our roof. We decided upon Mike the Roofer Inc (MTR) based upon all the positive comments that were stated on Google reviews. We are another satisfied customer and Mike the Roofer lived up to what people said. We enjoyed working with Amber & Mike who both were very knowledgeable addressing our questions and had great personable skills. Their onsite foreman and work crew also demonstrated these same traits. They were reliable, hard workers enduring the heat to do their job.
The quote provided by MTR is impressive since it is comprehensive with quality materials included to ensure a long-lasting roof that will withstand the extreme weather conditions we deal with now. Although we had to wait 7-months from the time of booking till our installation date in the spring, it was worth the wait. Mike did take remedial action in the fall (at no cost) to ensure our roof would survive the winter and there were no issues this spring. The installation date did get changed due to inclement weather. Do not be discouraged if you can’t reach them. Their business has grown thanks to their reputation. We had to be persistent via email & phone. Eventually we got through and after all this experience we are happy with our quality roof.
