What is the purpose of having sufficient insulation levels in my attic?
How would my insulation top up work?
We can come into your home and go through the house with our hose and clean up when we're done. OR we can do what most of our clients prefer, and have the insulation blown into your attic from the roof! While we are installing your roof we'll just take up one of your roof boards and climb right on in. Easy as pie!
Your roof and attic are an incredible design. It is designed to be a system that functions best when all of its connected parts are working well for the greater good. Having a great shingle system (for example) installed on your roof is great, but having proper ventilation (air flow) will regulate the temperature in your attic. This will determine whether heat stays in your house or escapes through the roof. When the heat escapes it can cause mould build up, mildew, ice build up, and don't forget black mould. (EW)
